Ready to make a difference in travel insurance? At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Travel Recovery Claims Handler to join our team. You’ll be part of a supportive environment, helping clients recover their travel-related losses quickly and efficiently. How you'll make an impact Managing new claims on our system and carrying out initial checks Investigating cases and speaking with clients, third parties, and representatives Negotiating settlements to recover costs Making sure all work meets company processes, client expectations, and targets Keeping records accurate and handling financial transactions correctly Supporting the team to deliver great service and results About You 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths A Law degree or insurance qualification would be an advantage, but not essential. Experience in claims, insurance, or legal recovery work (travel-related is a bonus) Strong communication skills and confidence working with different people Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently Flexible and able to adapt when priorities change Eligibility to work in the UK Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
