A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to handle a varied and interesting caseload covering both Respondent and Claimant employment matters.
The successful candidate will manage a broad range of employment law issues including:
1. Unfair dismissal
2. Discrimination claims
3. Redundancy and restructuring
4. Disciplinary and grievance matters
5. Settlement agreements
6. Employment contracts and policies
7. Tribunal matters
You will be joining a supportive and collaborative team with an excellent reputation across the region and a strong existing client base.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from candidates who:
8. Have at least 2 years' PQE in Employment Law
9. Can confidently manage their own caseload
10. Have experience handling both Respondent and Claimant matters
11. Possess strong client care and communication skills
12. Are commercially aware and proactive in their approach
