A rapidly growing and established fast fashion-wear company based in Salford is seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team at the regional sales office.
The ideal candidate needs to be self-motivated, strong task ownership, and be a good team player.
In this role, you will be the key to maintain and develop solid relationships with company’s customers and acting as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Serve as the main contact in all matters related to customer concerns and needs
* Build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve long‑term partnerships
* Communicate with clients clearly and address their concerns, resolve any conflicts that arises
* Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
* Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross‑sell to clients, and renewal opportunities
* Follow up any discrepancies with customers, such as price, quantity, compliance, quality, etc
* Look to open new accounts/new categories within existing accounts.
Requirements and skills
* Proven working experience in account management
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to details
* Be proactive and able to think out of the box
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Strong listening, negotiation, presentation, and decision‑making abilities
* Excellent team player with a strong sense of task ownership
