Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our growth initiatives in the UK market. The ideal candidate will have a successful history of selling software products or services to UK Telco, ISPs, and large enterprises. Key Responsibilities include:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive the growth of our network monitoring products and Automation services portfolio in the UK.
2. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the Telco, ISP, and enterprise sectors.
3. Identify and qualify new business opportunities, effectively navigate complex sales cycles, and secure new customers.
4. Provide technical guidance and solution-based selling to address customer challenges and requirements.
5. Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
6. Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
7. Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform product development and marketing strategies.
8. Mentor and coach junior sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
Requirements
* 4-6 years of successful sales experience in the UK technology/software industry, preferably with exposure to network monitoring, automation, or related solutions.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
* Strong technical acumen and the ability to translate complex solutions into tangible business value.
* Established relationships within the UK Telco, ISP, and enterprise sectors.
