Business Development Representative (BDR) – HR Tech / Workday Partner Hybrid – Surrey (2 days per week in office) A specialist Workday-focused consulting partner is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive pipeline growth within the HR tech ecosystem. This is a high-activity outbound role suited to someone confident on the phone and motivated by targets. What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years’ experience in BDR / SDR / Business Development Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting experience Comfortable booking meetings for senior sales or consulting teams Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) Proven ability to hit outreach and meeting-booking KPIs Technically curious — interest in SaaS, HR tech, or enterprise systems Experience selling into HR or IT departments is highly desirable Workday or technical systems exposure is a strong advantage Location Requirement: You must be able to commute to Surrey 2 days per week.
