About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Resourcing Advisor to join our growing internal recruitment team!
As Senior Resourcing Advisor, you will play an active and influential role, contributing to the future focus and development of the team, whilst supporting the day-to-day operational delivery of recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Work together with the Senior Resourcing Manager and Resourcing Partner to deliver and achieve the divisional talent attraction strategy for the relevant business division
2. Provide hands on resourcing support for management roles, business critical roles, contract mobilisations and operational sites with a high agency spend
3. Source / headhunt candidates on job boards, including Indeed and LinkedIn
4. Manage the candidate journey through support with CV shortlisting and interview scheduling
5. Communicate regularly with hiring managers to ensure they receive timely and effective updates on vacancies, aiming to reduce time to hire
6. Create partnerships with social value employment partners and collaborate on resourcing plans to support local communities near our client contracts
7. Advise hiring managers on premium advertising campaigns to increase vacancy applications where appropriate
8. Utilize our new ‘Application Tracking System’ Eploy and ‘Vendor Management System’ Indeed Flex across the UK&I Group to make data-driven recruitment decisions
About You
1. You will have experience recruiting in either an agency or in-house environment
2. Confident in building relationships with key stakeholders
3. Exceptional time management and organizational skills
4. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
5. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
6. Recruitment experience within Hard Services / Engineering would be desirable
7. Willing to go above and beyond to achieve great results for the business
