We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join Pop Mart’s EU Marketing team. This role will play a key part in shaping the visual expression of our brand across digital, print, and retail channels. You will be responsible for creating campaign assets, event visuals, in-store signage, and social media content that bring Pop Mart’s unique brand identity and storytelling to life.
The ideal candidate is passionate about visual design, has a strong understanding of pop culture aesthetics, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Design and visualise immersive brand experiences for product launches, pop-up events, exhibitions, retail activations, and trade shows
Develop creative concepts, mood boards, sketches, 3D renderings, and technical layouts aligned with campaign and brand objectives
Translate creative briefs into engaging spatial designs, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure execution quality
Produce design documentation including floor plans, material specs, display guidelines, and installation instructions
Collaborate with the Event Marketing Coordinator, Creative team, Retail, and Merchandising to align experience design with commercial goals
Support vendor selection, production oversight, and quality control to ensure accurate delivery of design intent on-site
Stay current with trends in event design, materials, and experiential branding to continuously raise creative standards
Bachelor’s degree in Experiential Design, Interior Design, Exhibition Design, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in designing branded environments or experiential activations (retail, entertainment, or lifestyle sectors preferred)
Proficient in design tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, or similar; Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Strong visual storytelling and concept development ability, with a sharp eye for brand detail
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines and shifting priorities
Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience working with pop culture, fashion, or lifestyle brands
Knowledge of sustainability practices in event or spatial design
Proficiency in animation, AR/VR tools, or digital prototyping
Additional European language skills (e.g. French, German, Italian, Spanish)
