Position:
We are looking for a full-time, Level 3 qualified Toddler Room Leader to join our Bright Horizons Carshalton Day Nursery.

What you’ll be doing
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education
* Ensure the learning environment offers consistent stimulation and engaging activities both indoors and outdoors
* Plan and deliver rich learning opportunities to support children’s development and milestones
* Develop strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, carers, and other professionals to meet each child's needs
* Promote child welfare, protection, health, safety, and safeguarding
* Maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment in collaboration with colleagues
What we’re looking for
* Full and relevant Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification (essential)
* Experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Practitioner, or Educator
* Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
* Knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements
* Ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents
* Effective communication skills with children and adults
