Excellent opportunity here for a Residential Conveyancing legal Assistant or Paralegal to join a very busy team.
This is a chance to join a fast paced department who are exceptionally busy and the firm is every well run from the top downwards. They value not only their staff but their client base an long germ relationships.
You will assist on a varied caseload which includes traditional sales and purchase, re-mortgages, new builds, shared ownership and leasehold properties.
The firm already have a strong presence across the South of England and they are known for the support they give to their staff.
Typical duties include :
* Assisting fee earners with property finance transactions, including preparing legal documentation and completing administrative tasks
* Supporting matters relating to bridging finance and specialist lending (experience desirable)
* Managing files and ensuring case management systems are consistently up to date
* Liaising confidently with clients, lenders, brokers, and other solicitors
* Handling incoming correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries
* Assisting with completions and post-completion matters
* Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
* Providing general administrative support to the team and wider department as needed
You should have excellent client care and communication skills and have good organisational skills an be able to demonstrate a high attention to detail.
