Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Community Staff Nurses who would relish the opportunity to work within the Upper Annandale Community Nursing Team, delivering quality nursing care to housebound patients 30 hours per week.
You will be working within an ever changing environment, alongside colleagues in the multidisciplinary Home Team, including Allied Health Professionals, Social Services & Public Health Improvement. The Home Team is integral to our Health and Social Care Partnership.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative, compassionate and collaborative nursing team.
Responsibilities
* Deliver quality nursing care to housebound patients within the Upper Annandale Community Nursing Team.
* Work within a multidisciplinary Home Team with Allied Health Professionals, Social Services & Public Health Improvement.
* Contribute to the Health and Social Care Partnership as part of the Home Team.
* This post may involve clinic and home visits in remote and rural areas.
Qualifications and requirements
* Experience working within a community setting is preferred but not essential.
* A current driving licence is an essential requirement of this post. If a disability precludes holding a driving licence, consideration will be given if alternative transport can be arranged. Please detail how you would facilitate travel to clinic and home visits in your application.
