We’re looking for a Damp, Mould and Disrepair Specialist to join our team! This role is based out of our Portsmouth office, and you’ll be working across Hampshire. This is a full time, permanent position working 39 hours per week. This role requires travel and to work from any of our sites when necessary.

Here’s the facts about the role:
As Damp, Mould and Disrepair Specialist, you'll manage damp & mould and disrepair cases for VIVID, from first contact though to resolution. This requires the design and implementation of a proactive approach to damp & mould and disrepair to ensure our customers are at the forefront of our minds. As part of this you’ll undertake and/or organise 3rd party damp & mould and disrepair inspections to accurately diagnose causes and remedies.
You’ll organise remedial works to address via our DLO or suitable contractors and ensure each case is resolved satisfactorily and work with our legal partners where disrepair claims require it and pull together the necessary information and evidence.
You’ll provide expert proactive advice to residents and colleagues with clear and helpful communications to provide co-ordinated, holistic and long term solutions to damp and condensation related issues. You’ll use data and local knowledge of our stock to pre-empt future cases and work with other teams to design broader planned solutions.
A driving licence with a car available for business use is essential. Offers are subject to a satisfactory DBS check.
