Deputy Home Manager – Sandstones Care Home, Wallasey
37.5 hours per week | 5 days over 7 (including weekends)

We’re now looking for a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our leadership team and help us continue to make a positive difference every day.
About the role:
As Deputy Home Manager, you’ll work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of care and support are delivered throughout the home. Whether you’re an experienced Team Leader ready to step up, or already a Deputy Manager looking for a fresh challenge, this role will give you the opportunity to develop your leadership skills while shaping the quality of care at Sandstones.
You will:
1. Support in the day-to-day running of the home and team management.
2. Lead by example to ensure residents receive exceptional, person-centred care.
3. Carry out regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards.
4. Champion safeguarding and compliance to protect vulnerable adults.
5. Work collaboratively with staff, residents, and families to create a supportive and thriving home environment.
