A market leading law firm in the North East are looking to recruit an IT Apprentice to provide support and administration for all desktop applications, to take responsibility for the duties set out in the description, and to actively promote the best interests of the firm at all times. Training will be provided for all duties. KEY DUTIES – Provide first level support of desktop applications Provide first level support of desktop hardware Provide first level support of peripheral devices Maintain IT issues and help notes Liaise with external support resources where applicable Building/testing future desktop setups To assist any other member of the department to fulfil their duties To undertake any other duties which may reasonably be requested CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Independent skills Team work skills Organisational skills Good written and oral communication skills Self-Motivated ELIGIBILITY Have the right to live and work in the UK.
