Job Title: Year 3 Teacher (Job Share)
Location: Garstang, Lancashire
Position Type: Part-time (3 days a week, job share)
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: Paid to LCC main scale rates - M1 to M6

We're connecting passionate educators with schools committed to excellence. We're supporting a school in Garstang in their search for a Year 3 Teacher for a job share role starting September 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in line with the National Curriculum
* Monitor pupils' progress through assessments
* Provide differentiated support and work collaboratively with the job-share partner
* Maintain a positive, safe classroom environment
* Communicate with parents on progress and development
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
