Job Description
1.
Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and coordination across all project phases
2.
Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and constructability
3.
Support site teams with RFIs, change orders, permits, and project documentation
4.
Perform regular site visits to track progress, safety, and quality
5.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
6.
Help manage budgets, schedules, and reporting for multifamily projects

The Successful Applicant
7.
1-2 years of experience in construction or development os a multifamily project engineer
8.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
9.
Procore and Bluebeam experience strongly preferred
10.
Strong organizational and communication skills
11.
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a development and construction environment
