Solicitor / Associate - Commercial Litigation - Bournemouth - 2-4 Years PQE
Location: Bournemouth
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid working available)
Salary: £55,000 to £75,000 (depending on experience)
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including:
* Contractual disputes
* Shareholder and partnership disputes
* Professional negligence claims
* Insolvency related litigation
* Supporting partners on complex or high value matters
* Preparing pleadings, correspondence, and evidence for court and ADR
* Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
* 2-4 years PQE in commercial litigation
* Strong technical and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Confidence in managing your own caseload
* A proactive, commercially minded approach
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team
