Following a period of sustained success, they are looking for an experienced and proactive SDR Operations Manager to lead their Belfast-based team. This is a role for a natural leader who values accountability, professional growth, and the operational precision required to run a high-performing sales engine. You will be the driving force behind the team’s success, ensuring that every campaign is delivered with excellence.
The Role
As the SDR Operations Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the sales floor. It’s a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance mentoring the team with a sharp focus on the data that drives campaigns. You will ensure every campaign is paced correctly and every SDR has what they need to succeed.
* Leading the Team: Overseeing the SDRs, acting as their primary mentor, and fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
* Training & Onboarding: Taking full ownership of the onboarding process to ensure new starters are confident and ready to perform within two weeks.
* Ensuring Delivery: Overseeing the daily execution of campaigns to ensure we are meeting our client commitments on time and to a high standard.
* Coaching for Quality: Conducting regular call and email reviews to provide the team with the feedback they need to sharpen their skills and improve conversion rates.
* Operational Oversight: Partnering with the Data and Operations teams to ensure our SDRs have the right tools and information to succeed, resolving any data or delivery issues quickly.
* Reporting Success: Tracking KPIs daily and providing clear, actionable insights to senior leadership regarding team productivity and campaign health.
The Person
We are looking for a disciplined, supportive, and results-oriented leader who enjoys seeing their team succeed. To be a good fit for this role, you should have:
* Leadership Experience: 3-5 years proven experience managing an SDR team or a similar high-volume manager in a sales environment.
* Operational Mindset: You are comfortable with data and tracking systems, ensuring that performance is measured accurately and data requests are handled promptly.
* Coaching Ability: You have a knack for spotting potential and can give feedback in a way that motivates and improves performance.
* Clear Communication: You can act as the vital link between your team, the Head of Operations, and our clients, explaining performance and risks with clarity.
* Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can pivot quickly to meet changing client needs or campaign requirements.
