Overview
* An amazing opportunity to join the team in The Stage at The Londoner as a Waiter/Waitress.
* You will fully understand the menu and be able to explain the dining concept to all guests, carefully checking for any allergens.
* You will read the needs of tables and serve them according to their preferences.
* You will work closely with the Head Waiters and Floor Managers to ensure that service is seamless and an exceptional level of service is provided to guests.
* You will ensure that satisfaction levels are checked at all tables you are serving and will handle any feedback or complaints accordingly.
* You will take payment in accordance with company procedures.
* As a Waiter/Waitress you will be competent with IT applications such as Open Table, Adecco and Micros.
About You
* Previous front‑of‑house waiting experience in a high‑end food‑led operation is essential.
* Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
* Impeccable command of English both written and spoken.
* A passion for food and beverage, serving guests and providing outstanding hospitality.
