Salary: £13.21 per hour - £27,476.80 per annum
Level: Level 3 Practitioner + Recognition Bonus (Pro Rata)

Role Overview
As a Room Leader, you will play a vital role in overseeing the care and development of children aged 3 months to 1 year. Collaborating with a skilled team, you will:
* Create a nurturing and safe environment for children under 2 years old.
* Implement a key person approach to help babies form secure attachments.
* Guide colleagues in identifying training and development needs.
* Maintain high-quality learning journals and records using EyLog and EyMan systems.
* Build positive relationships with parents, inviting them to participate in activities and keeping them informed about their child’s progress.
* Model professionalism and foster respect among your team, parents, and children.
* Ensure compliance with EYFS framework and uphold safety standards.
A passion for outdoor learning and a strong understanding of child development will be key to your success in this role!
Essential Qualifications & Skills
* Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare (Essential)
* Previous experience working with babies under 2 years old
* A passion for the outdoors and enthusiasm for forest school activities
* Strong understanding of child development and the ability to provide purposeful learning experiences
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in working with parents and colleagues
* Commitment to safeguarding and child protection
