We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our product and operations team, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users and brands. Part of the Global E-commerce team, we are looking for business talents to drive the growth for TikTok Shop’s newest e-commerce feature - TikTok Shop Shopping Center. TikTok Shop Shopping Center serves as a central hub where users can easily discover promotions (campaigns & flash sale), a wider product assortment from across our TikTok Shop merchants recommended through shoppable content (in-feed video, product showcase and LIVEs) as well as manage their orders all natively within one tab. Responsibilities- Resource Management: Working with the platform resource management team in allocating the TikTok Shop Tab resources, leveraging insights from analysis to grow the business;- Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of shopping center business performance, including traffic efficiency, user behavior, merchant operation, etc;- End-to-end Ownership: Working alongside business teams to implement and monitor our strategy, proposing future strategy directions and improvements;- Act as the key strategic partner to the fast-growing TikTok commerce team; take a strategic and data-driven approach to provide recommendations on business growth, especially incentive policies and resource allocation;- Conduct in-depth analysis of resource allocation strategy, including campaigns and incentive policies for merchants, shop partners, creators, and creator partners;- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build short-term and long-term strategic plans and drive high impact projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree or above; solid work experience in strategy, consultancy, analytical, or financial related fields;- Strong analytical skills, numerical reasoning skills, and problem-solving capabilities;- Excellent communication skills, can effectively handle cross-functional collaboration; highly responsible, independent, and self-driven;- Experience in ecommerce or related industries is preferred.
