PPM Advisor
We're looking for a Contract Support Advisor to join our Cambridgeshire County Council team based in Alconbury Weald.
Location: Alconbury Weald, Cambridgeshire
Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, with some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?
As a Contract Support Advisor, you'll be working within the Cambridgeshire County Council team, supporting them in delivering efficient, high-quality facilities management services through effective coordination and administration.
What will your day to day in the role look like?
Your day to day will include:
* Managing and allocating Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks and reactive works through the CAFM system.
* Supporting Contract Managers by raising, tracking, and processing quotations and approved work orders.
* Scheduling and monitoring works for internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timely completion.
* Reviewing service requests and completed tasks to maintain accurate contract records.
* Communicating effectively with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to provide updates and maintain smooth operations.
What are we looking for?
This role of Contract Support Advisor is great for you if:
* You have strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
* You're proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience using CAFM systems (e.g. MRI Evolution, Concerto).
* You can prioritise tasks, work to deadlines, and adapt to changing operational demands.
