The Role As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will take a leading role in providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. You will be responsible for a key group, tracking their progress through high-quality observations and ensuring that every child in your care is supported to reach their full potential through creative, play-based learning. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for an energetic, professional, and reliable individual who: Holds a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years (e.g., NVQ Level 3, Cache Level 3). Has proven experience working with the 0-5 age range in a formal nursery setting. Possesses a thorough knowledge of the EYFS and statutory requirements. Shows strong initiative, with the ability to lead activities and mentor junior staff. Is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Key Responsibilities Planning & Assessment: Deliver age-appropriate activities and maintain precise observations and progress reports for your key children. Environment: Create an inviting, educational indoor and outdoor space that sparks curiosity. Relationship Building: Act as a professional point of contact for parents regarding their child's development. Safety & Care: Maintain impeccable standards of health and safety, assisting with personal care and mealtime routines with dignity.
