Individual schemes range from £500m to over £1bn, delivered using a standardised, industrialised approach to drive quality, safety and efficiency at scale. With major projects planned across Norfolk and Suffolk, this is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage and contribute to a nationally significant healthcare programme with long-term visibility.Your new roleAs Estimator, you will support pre-construction and work-winning activities across large, complex healthcare schemes. Your responsibilities will include preparing first-principles estimates, supporting cost planning activities, and working closely with design, planning and commercial teams to ensure robust, deliverable solutions. You will engage with the supply chain, support optioneering and value engineering exercises, and contribute to risk and opportunity management throughout the tender and PCSA stages.What you'll need to succeedEstimating experience with a Tier 1 contractor preferred (Tier 2 considered with relevant hospital or major project experience)Healthcare experience is ideal, though candidates from complex environments such as defence, MoD estates, secure facilities, prisons, energy/nuclear, rail or major civils will also be considered.Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience of two-stage procurement and PCSA environments is advantageous.What you'll get in returnCirca £70,000 + an excellent corporate package.In addition to a strong base salary, this role offers a company car or car allowance, bonus potential, enhanced pension and a comprehensive benefits package associated with a major Tier 1 organisation.You'll also gain the opportunity to build long-term career security on one of the UK's most important infrastructure programmes.
