Production Operative Vibration Assembly (Aerospace Components)
Pertemps are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy client, based in Reading.
Rota: Monday to Friday, 08:30 -16:30 Shift
We are looking for Production Operatives to support the build and assembly of aerospace anti-vibration mounts, using standard factory machinery and tooling. This role requires mechanical aptitude, consistency, and adherence to strict quality and process controls.
Key Responsibilities for a successful Production Operative
* Assemble anti-vibration mounts and sub-components in line with work instructions and engineering drawings
* Operate standard factory equipment (e.g. presses, fixtures, torque tools) safely and correctly
* Ensure correct component selection, orientation, and fit during assembly
* Carry out in-process inspection checks to verify quality and conformity
* Maintain full traceability of components and batches
* Identify and report any defects, issues, or non-conformances
* Follow standard operating procedures and AS9100 quality requirements
* Complete production documentation accurately
