We are looking for a Business Operations Manager, Quality to join our English Product Group and play a pivotal role in shaping how we deliver excellence. In this role, you will help ensure that key areas of our business operate within a robust Quality Management System. This framework enables us to consistently deliver products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements, foster customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement.

About the role
This role sits within the Governance, Quality and Risk team in the English Product Group and plays a vital part in maintaining our ISO 9001 certification and driving quality excellence across English.
In this role, you will:
* Work with external auditors to maintain ISO 9001 certification, reinforcing our commitment to global standards.
* Design, develop and implement internal audit programmes aligned to ISO 9001 and business requirements, and communicate these with key stakeholders.
* Matrix manage a team of internal auditors across English, fostering collaboration and shared accountability.
* Partner with colleagues on quality management initiatives and work closely with the Regulation Team to ensure regulatory compliance.

About you
We are looking for a proactive professional with strong collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills, combined with the ability to analyse information, take action, and report effectively. You should be self-motivated and capable of working independently. A solid understanding of quality management, ideally through ISO 9001, and experience in auditing are highly desirable. You must be confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.
