Maintenance Technician SHIFT PATTERN: 37.5hrs Monday – Friday 8:30 -17:00
We are seeking a skilled and proactive General Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in maintaining our buildings and infrastructure.

The Facilities department at Sequani is a multi-disciplined team covering electrical, plumbing, HVAC, stores and general site services. We are responsible for covering breakdowns, maintenance requests and the stores function throughout the site. We pride ourselves in working as team to achieving a high standard of completion of all maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out general maintenance, repairs, and decoration of buildings, fixtures, and fittings.
Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high standards of maintenance.
Manage and monitor maintenance stock, advising the Team Leader on replenishment needs.
Assist with collections, deliveries, site tidying, and respond to site emergencies.
Complete tasks efficiently and independently, with attention to detail and pride in your work.
Work safely at heights and in confined spaces when required .
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in general maintenance or a similar role.
Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Basic set of tools (specialist tools and safety equipment provided).
A proactive, reliable, and detail-focused approach.
