From day one, you’ll have a personalised on-the-job training plan tailored to the Civil & Structural department, contribute to varied projects, and develop essential soft skills such as communication, collaboration and leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Contribute to the development of civil and structural designs that fulfil project requirements, client specifications and end-user needs.
* Work with multi-disciplinary teams to produce safe, efficient, sustainable and buildable solutions.
* Provide project delivery support by performing calculations (manual and software-assisted), developing sketches and CAD drawings with technicians, and ensuring designs meet quality standards.

* Achieving a degree in civil, structural or architectural engineering, or a related field.
