Business Support Administrator:
Our world renowned logistics and retail client are looking to recruit a skilled Business Support Administrator to join there busy team based in Rugby, CV23.
You will be working closely with the transport adminteam. This position starts as a temporary on going position with the potential to be taken on perm after a successful 12 week period.
Daily Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for maintaining and managing transportation related data, including vendor collection and delivery routes, and subcontractor allocation.
2. Prepare and maintain various reports including transportation metrics, performance indicators and compliance documentation
3. Facilitate communication and coordination between transport planners, subcontractors, transport depots and other relevant stakeholders
4. Monitor all loads to ensure smooth operation in regard of collections, transit and delivery.
5. Responsible for achieving and maintaining KPI SLA agreements
Shift Details:
6. Monday-Friday.
7. Rotational shifts (06:00-14:00/08:00-16:00/10:00-18:00)
8. (8hrs with 30 mins unpaid lunch)
9. £ per hour (£26,per annum)
10. 33 days holiday
11. Temp to Perm (for the right candidate)
Requirements:
12. Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/outlook).
13. Previous experience Customs Compliance Administration desirable.
14. Ideally need to have transport background.
15. Understanding of import/export is advantageous but not essential,
16. German/French/Spanish language skills would also be advantageous.
17. Strong Communication Skills.
18. Quick Learner.
19. Strong Focus on Accuracy.
20. Own transport or live locally to Rugby (CV23).
