AAS Veterinary Services are hiring for a new Receptionist to join their team at their branch in Hucclecote. In this role you will have the opportunity to enhance your client care service skills while working alongside a small friendly team. In this role you will have Health & Safety Coordinator duties. This is a full-time fixed-term contract for 6 months working 36h per week. We are looking for someone to welcome clients and their pets to the practice in a warm, professional manner and provide support to our friendly team. This includes but not limited to: Managing the diary; booking in appointments Answering a range of client questions via email and telephone Pro-active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms and taking payments Health and Safety administration tasks including meetings with our Regional Health and Safety Manager, H&S checks at our branches. (fire tests, H&S compliance). Your weekly working hours will be split over Monday to Friday with shifts starting from 8.30am and late shifts until 7pm.
