Salary: Teachers Main/Upper Scale, Fringe FTE from £38,627 - £52,490 (0.8 actual annual salary: from £30,901 - £38,627) plus SEN Allowance TBC

The Role
Working as a key part of our specialist provision, you will:
1. Deliver high-quality, adaptive teaching tailored to the complex sensory and communication needs of our pupils, ensuring Maths, English, and the wider curriculum are accessible and engaging.
2. Maintain a structured, calm learning environment where children feel secure and motivated to learn.
3. Work collaboratively with a fantastic team of Teaching Assistants and external therapists to implement individual EHCP goals.
4. Build strong, empathetic relationships with parents and carers to ensure a consistent, supportive approach.
5. Contribute to the vibrant wider life of the academy and the Trust.
What You Will Bring
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
7. A deep interest or proven experience in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and social communication difficulties.
8. A resilient, patient, and creative approach to classroom management, whilst keeping a focus on positive behaviour support.
9. A desire to engage in continuous professional development and be part of a forward-thinking team.
