Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to oversee and coordinate our mobile workshop programmes. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and have experience with hand tools, power tools, and equipment repair. This role requires a hands-on approach to mentoring primary aged children in a structured lesson, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Supervise team members
* Logistical focus
* Carry out Health and Safety requirements such as risk assessments, toolbox talks, and site safety.
* Facilitating practical skills
* Coaching and mentoring
* Delivering lesson plans
* Analyzing customer feedback
Requirements
* Proven experience in a workshop or similar environment with strong mechanical knowledge.
* Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other workshop equipment.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail in all tasks undertaken.
