Team Overview
We are the glue that brings all components of Kuiper ground infrastructure together. We harmonize discord through constructive dialogue and focus on consistent delivery through standard processes. We operate with autonomy and prioritize life balance to ensure we always perform at our highest level. We acknowledge the ambiguity of our space and welcome taking calculated risks. We always succeed or learn how to succeed.
Project Kuiper
Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of more than 3,000 satellites in low Earth orbit. Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. The Ground Infra Service team defines and manages the delivery of Kuiper ground infrastructure globally, setting milestones and facilitating collaboration across owners to deliver ground capacity when the business needs it. By the 2030 service launch and planned expansions, we aim to deploy 400+ sites across 60+ countries. We work across a dozen organizations—including Legal, Regulations, BizOps, Finance, Network Engineering, Ground Systems, Entities, Global Trade, Operations, Supply Chain, Government Services, IT and Digital Services, Licensing, and Security—to deliver and financially manage these sites, ensuring budget adherence and country‑level P&L profitability.
