What’s the job?
Join our team as an expert advisor. You will be an inspiration and guide, getting to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, as will managing stock, setting up displays, and ensuring your store looks great. You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in paint‑mixing and cutting timber, but great customer service will be your main aim.
What We Need
Happy to help, eager to learn and a little bit obsessed with home improvement. You will be friendly and outgoing, get a buzz from helping others, and enjoy expanding your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. You are great at working in a team and flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
