As a Flight School Coordinator, you'll be the hub that keeps training operations running smoothly, connecting students, instructors, aircraft, engineering, compliance, and the wider airfield team. Position - Flight School Coordinator Location - Staffordshire Shift Pattern - 5 days onsite Salary - Discussed upon application Reports To - Head of Training Key Responsibilities: Scheduling & Coordination Own and manage the daily flying schedule for students, instructors, and aircraft. Coordinate closely with the engineering team to plan aircraft going into and coming out of maintenance, minimising downtime and disruption to training. Liaise across multiple departments - engineering, operations, compliance, and management - to keep schedules accurate and achievable. Keep operations running on time and adjust quickly when plans change due to weather, maintenance, or availability issues.Student Experience Be the friendly, professional first point of contact for all students.
