We are looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing), and weekends, to be discussed at interview. This role also includes working in our in-store bakery. Full, paid training is provided. You can apply for this role using your mobile device (no CV needed!).
You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing excellent service on the tills and shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, working in our in-store bakery, and delivering a great shopping experience.
* Support your colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Ensure the store is safe and compliant—stock shelves properly, and check prices, dates, and temperatures.
* Assist with introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues to foster learning.
* Support your local community by participating in activities and events.
