About The Role
R9 is seeking a qualified Electrician to join our Repairs & Maintenance team. You will carry out electrical maintenance and repair works across our housing stock, working from a PDA device and supporting residents with high quality service.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations across council properties
* Work independently using a PDA device to manage and complete tasks
* Provide excellent customer service to residents
* Ensure all work meets current safety and compliance standards
* Participate in an out of hours weekend rota when required
Required Qualifications
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
* Full UK driving license
