Salary starting from £32,881 per annum (London weighted salary)

Reporting Office: London, Stratford
Persona: Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

About the role: Join our Tenancy Progression Team at Metra Living. This is a fantastic new opportunity within our successful Tenancy Progression team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all our new tenancies are fully compliant. In this role at Metra Living we are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy. You will work closely with the Tenancy Progression Manager to ensure that processes are working efficiently to meet all areas of compliance.

Your impact in the role
Reporting to the Void Maintenance and Tenancy Progression Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting the customer journey for our tenants and will be responsible for:
* Checking referencing and RTR documentation, ensuring the CRM is up to date with the correct information
* Ensuring all Tenancy Agreements are correct before the tenancy commences
* Supporting the Tenancy Progression Co-ordinators to deliver fantastic customer service
* Ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements related to lettings are adhered to
* Looking for areas of improvement within the process to deliver 100% compliance
What you'll bring
* Knowledge and experience within PRS
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with ability to collaborate and build stakeholder relationships
* Experience of a compliance based role
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong administrative and organisational skills to manage a varied workload
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a track record of meeting deadlines
