What you will do Work within adult community teams, supporting preparation for adulthood and mental health services. Effectively manage competing priorities while working under pressure. Requirements Minimum of three years' post-qualified experience, particularly within adult community teams. Strong ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities. Relevant social work qualification and registration (Social Work England).
