Role and Responsibilities:
* Lead SaaS solution implementations, including requirements gathering, tailored training, integration, and customization.
* Understand clients’ business processes and advise on how our software can meet their needs.
* Conduct training sessions and workshops; provide ongoing support.
* Collaborate with product and engineering teams for feedback and improvements.
* Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
* Create and maintain project documentation, including specifications and user guides.
* Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues; coordinate with support teams.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
* Participate in post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.
Skills and Expertise:
* Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
* 8+ years in professional services, consulting, QA, or implementation roles.
* Contact Centre Telephony experience (e.g., Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect) preferred.
* Strong technical skills: API integration, scripting (Python or similar).
* Experience with QA, test automation, and SaaS platforms.
* Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
* Ability to work independently and in teams; travel willingness.
