Are you a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized professional with experience supporting senior executives? We are seeking an
Executive Assistant
to join a dynamic team that specialises in marketing and corporate affairs
This exciting opportunity will see you providing direct support to the
Co-heads
who are leading strategic initiatives and managing key relationships with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Executive Support
: Offer comprehensive support to both Co-Heads, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination with the Team Assistant.
* Diary & Time Management
: Proactively manage complex schedules and forward planning, flagging potential clashes and anticipating travel-related pitfalls. This role involves substantial travel and requires precision in managing time effectively.
* Travel & Expenses
: Handle travel arrangements with the preferred provider and manage expenses via
Concur
, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of all expense reports.
* Stakeholder Engagement
: Interact with C-suite executives (CEO, CFO, COO) to prepare for important events, conferences, and meetings, including investor sessions and quarterly results.
* Communication
: Provide clear, concise updates and decision-making support, acting as a key liaison for the Co-Heads with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Attention to Detail
: From optimizing travel logistics to anticipating executive needs, your ability to navigate challenges and streamline processes will be essential in a high-octane environment.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally within investments, or related sectors
* Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage complex schedules.
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders confidently.
* A proactive problem-solver who can identify potential issues before they arise and address them efficiently.
* Experience with travel and expense management, ideally using
Concur
or similar platforms.
* Ability to work effectively with remote teams, collaborating seamlessly with international colleagues
