A well-established and highly respected regional law firm is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their busy Employment Law team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a Legal 500-recognised firm known for its supportive culture, long-standing client relationships, and commitment to employee wellbeing and development.
You will provide key administrative and secretarial support to a Partner and work collaboratively with a wider team of legal secretaries across multiple office locations. This role is based in Kidderminster, with the Employment team also located in Birmingham, Worcester, and Telford.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing high-quality secretarial support including audio typing, photocopying, and drafting correspondence
* Managing file administration including opening, closing, and regular reviews
* Organising and maintaining diaries and appointment scheduling
* Ensuring accurate storage and retrieval of client documents
* Attending to client enquiries on behalf of the fee earner when required
