As part of Compass Group, the world's largest contract caterer, we're growing fast, innovating constantly, and looking for creative talent to help us stand out.We're now looking for a Marketing & Communications Assistant to support our multi-brand portfolio with compelling content, smart campaigns, and standout communications that engage clients, inspire colleagues, and fuel business growth.What you'll be doingAs a key member of our Marketing & Communications team, you will:Create engaging content across multiple formats — written, visual, and video — for digital and physical channelsSupport the planning and delivery of B2B marketing and communication campaigns to drive client engagement and new business leadsAssist with internal and external communications, including targeted campaigns for key clientsDesign marketing materials such as presentations, flyers, event collateral, and digital assetsChampion and guide the use of brand guidelines across several brands within the Foodbuy GroupElevate presentations and sales materials to a high professional standardEquip our sales teams with compelling digital collateralSupport planning and delivery of company eventsPlay an active role in developing and shaping our new internal communications platformWho we're looking forYou'll thrive in this role if you're creative, detail-driven and passionate about marketing and communications.
