Role: Senior Clinical Manager – Complex Homecare
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Setting: Complex Homecare – Mental Health, Learning Disabilities & Complex Physical Needs
Location: Mitcham, South London – Office-Based
Hours: Full Time, Mon–Fri | 8:30am–5:30pm

Overview:
Compass Associates are proud to be working with a specialist provider of Complex Homecare Services to recruit for a Senior Clinical Manager. This is a senior operational and clinical leadership position based at the organisation’s South London headquarters, supporting the continued growth and development of high-quality community-based services.
The provider delivers nurse-led care packages across Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, and Complex Physical Health needs for both adults and children within the community. Following a recent positive CQC inspection, the organisation is entering an exciting growth phase under a newly appointed senior leadership structure, with ambitions to continue expanding its services over the coming years.

Location:
This is a primarily office-based role located in Mitcham, South London, with some flexibility for occasional home working.
The role is commutable from Croydon, Wimbledon, Sutton, Kingston, Epsom, Caterham, Bromley, Redhill, Central London, and surrounding areas.
Criteria:
* NMC Registration essential (RGN, RMN, or RNLD considered)
* Previous experience within Complex Homecare is essential
* Strong understanding of clinical governance, CQC compliance, and operational oversight
* Experience supporting individuals with Mental Health and/or Learning Disabilities
* Additional Supported Living experience would be advantageous
* Experience managing or supporting clinical teams
* Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and growing provider environment
* Ambitious, proactive, and eager to develop alongside the organisation
Responsibilities Include:
* Maintain clinical oversight of complex community care packages
* Support and supervise Clinical Leads and wider nursing teams
* Ensure clinical visits, reviews, and medication oversight are completed appropriately
* Support MDT working and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
* Ensure safe clinical practice and adherence to best practice standards
* Assist with clinical governance and service development initiatives
* Potentially hold a small clinical caseload where required operationally
* Support the continued improvement of systems, processes, and service delivery
Team Structure:
Reporting directly into the Operations Director, the Senior Clinical Manager will oversee and support a team of Clinical Leads across the service, each managing their own regional caseloads.
This role will work closely alongside the wider operations and coordination teams to support ongoing clinical quality, governance, and growth across the organisation.

Interview Process:
