The Role
* Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters with autonomy
* Handle complex transactions, including new build purchases
* Contribute to an efficient, well-structured and supportive conveyancing team
* Collaborate with experienced colleagues to maintain smooth transactions
* Provide clear, client-focused communication throughout each matter
* Maintain strong compliance, organisation and file management standards
You
* Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with residential conveyancing experience
* Confident handling complex or high-volume transactions
* Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to your caseload
* Able to supervise or support junior team members where needed
* Positive work ethic with flexibility during busy periods
* Keen to develop professionally within a supportive and reputable practice
