Technical operations Co-Ordinator Hours: 37.5 hours per week over 5 days Work pattern: 5 days out of 7, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays. Duration: Permanent Salaried West Midlands Safari Park are currently recruiting for the position of Technical Operations Co-ordinator to join our team. This exciting role will include playing a central part within park services ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient operation of Engineering, Maintenance, Grounds, Gardens and Facilities. Acting as the operational hub for these diverse technical teams, the role provides high-level coordination, compliance oversight, and information flow that underpin the park's daily functioning. About you The role requires someone who is able to communicate effectively and efficiently, and be able to maintain operational schedules across all park services departments. You will have a level 3 qualification in Business Administration (or equivalent operational/management qualification) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Sharepoint and digital record-keeping system. The understanding of operational coordination scheduling, or workflow management. You will need to be flexible in your approach to work outside of standard business hours, including weekends.
