The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Support preparation for strategic planning cycles and leadership meetings
* Conduct research and analysis across markets, performance, and internal data
* Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making
* Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, and governance documentation
* Coordinate meetings, agendas, and reporting for key initiatives
* Track progress across strategic projects and highlight risks or delays
* Work cross-functionally to ensure initiatives are progressing effectively
* Support continuous improvement of planning and project processes
About You
* Masters Degree in Business, Economics, Management, or similar - Essential
* Strong analytical and organisational skills
* Confident using Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication and attention to detail
* Proactive, curious, and genuinely interested in strategy and operations
* Able to work effectively with senior stakeholders
