Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technicians to join our dynamic team (Mercedes Benz Experience Preferred x1 Diagnostic and x1 Service & Repair) The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in the use of both hand and power tools. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure they operate safely and efficiently.
Duties
* Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake checks.
* Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs and replacements.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed on each vehicle, including parts used and labour hours.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while adhering to safety standards.
* Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques to enhance service quality.
Experience
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role is preferred.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various vehicle systems.
* Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in vehicle repair.
* A relevant qualification in automotive technology or engineering is advantageous but not essential.
