We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Bid Co-Ordinator to join a dynamic practice. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative, communication, and creative skills to support bidding, marketing, and business development activities.
You must have experience using InDesign or a similar graphics package.
The Role
As Bid Co-Ordinator, you will play a key role in identifying and coordinating tender opportunities, supporting marketing initiatives, and maintaining essential business information. You will work closely with internal teams, sub-consultants, and senior leadership to deliver high-quality submissions and promotional content.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and share relevant tender opportunities
2. Organise bid documents and track updates
3. Maintain Bid Tracker and monitor progress
4. Liaise with sub-consultants for input
5. Prepare and submit bids and PQQs
6. Maintain accreditations (e.g. Constructionline, RISQS, Builders Profile)
7. Create and post content for LinkedIn and Instagram
8. Develop basic visuals and videos using Canva
9. Research opportunities and support submissions
10. Maintain bid library and update CVs, project sheets, and presentations
11. Manage image library (Open Asset)
12. Update website content via WordPress
13. Research CSR initiatives and webinars
14. Provide general marketing/admin support
About You
15. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
16. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
17. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with InDesign, Canva, and WordPress is desirable
18. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively
19. Proactive, adaptable, and keen to learn
