Job Title: Scaffolding Contracts Director

Job Description: ESD is recruiting on behalf of a growing NASC-accredited scaffolding contractor. They are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Director to oversee their expanding portfolio of scaffolding projects across London and the South East.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving operational delivery, maintaining high standards of health & safety, and supporting continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee multiple scaffolding contracts from tender through to completion
* Manage and lead teams of contract managers, supervisors, and site personnel
* Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
* Maintain strong client relationships and manage key accounts
* Oversee commercial performance and ensure compliance with NASC standards
* Provide regular reports and updates to company directors
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior scaffolding role at Contracts Manager/Director level
* Strong operational, commercial, and leadership skills
* In-depth knowledge of scaffolding regulations and industry best practices
* CISRS Advanced Scaffolder card or equivalent preferred
