Please note: All Care and Support Workers will need to be fully flexible across a 7-day rota system, which will be given in advance and will be expected to work weekends as required to meet the needs of the domiciliary care service.
As a Care and Support Worker, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks: Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents Encourage independence and self-belief Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy
